Naming the Pain

The mornings are often the hardest. Waking up to a reality that feels entirely unfamiliar, where the routines you once relied on have dissolved into uncertainty. It is a quiet, disorienting chaos that hums in the background of everything you do.

You are navigating a profound transition—one that demands emotional labor you never asked to perform. The isolation can feel overwhelming, especially when the world expects you to simply carry on. Your grief, your anger, and your exhaustion are entirely valid responses to a life turned upside down.

There is no rushing this process. Acknowledging the weight of what you are carrying right now is the first, necessary step toward finding solid ground again. You do not have to have it all figured out today.

THE RIFT METHOD

Your Head Can't Heal
Your Heart

Recovery from the end of a marriage requires more than just time and talking. It requires a structured, intentional path. The RIFT framework is designed to help you process the profound emotional weight, rather than simply analyzing it, so you can rebuild your foundation from the inside out.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

A Guide Who Has
Been There

I know what it feels like to stand in the rubble of a life you thought was permanent. When my own marriage ended, the silence was deafening, and the questions felt unanswerable.

But you don't have to navigate that wilderness alone. With over a decade of clinical experience and my own lived journey, I created this space to offer the map I wish I had when I was starting over.

"Healing isn't about erasing the past. It's about integrating those pieces into a stronger, more resilient foundation for your future."

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Clear Answers

Rebuilders [CITY] is an in-person, 10-week educational and peer support program designed to help you navigate the end of a long-term relationship. Find clarity, structure, and community without any surprises.

Do I have to be divorced already?

No. Many participants join while separated or in the early stages of navigating the end of a relationship. Our program is designed for anyone healing from the end of a long-term partnership.

Is this a religious program?

Rebuilders [CITY] is completely secular and open to people of all backgrounds and beliefs. Our focus is on practical, psychological, and emotional healing without any specific dogma.

What happens if I miss a week?

While we encourage attending every session to get the full benefit, we understand life happens. You will have access to the materials covered and can easily catch up before the next meeting.

Is this group therapy?

While therapeutic in nature, this is an educational and peer support program, not professional group therapy. We focus on specific recovery milestones using the structured RIFT Framework.
